A villager with an "iron" character
State programs undertaken to increase the potential of ordinary people are bearing fruit.
Some residents of the rural zone of Pavlodar receive a preferential loan through the "Aul Amanat" program and develop their businesses, while others take their first steps in entrepreneurship at the expense of a non-refundable state grant issued under the employment program for the unemployed.

For example, Tilek Upabaev, a resident of the village of Kenzhekol, a rural zone of Pavlodar, received a non-refundable state grant and began manufacturing iron jewelry, gates/doors and other specialized products.
This year, as the head of a large family, he applied for a non-refundable state grant and successfully defended his business project "Production of modern carved iron". Thanks to this, he became the owner of a non-refundable state grant in the amount of 1,476,800 tenge. A blacksmith by trade, having received a grant, immediately opened a small workshop and began working.
I ordered a special lathe for tying iron knots from Russia. Its price with delivery was 1,300,000 tenge, - says Tilek Kamylbekuly and, as they say, "the work has begun."
Since the opening of the workshop, he has been manufacturing household items such as iron gates/doors/fences and/or others. Today, I make 4-5 iron gates and offer them in a design that satisfies customers. Many houses are being built in our village of Kenzhekol. The demand for artistically decorated iron gates is very high. According to customer requests, I make iron fences and doors in 7-10 days, - says the master.
It is no secret that there are many unemployed people among the rural population. It is good that the state offers such citizens non-repayable loans and creates conditions for starting their own businesses. I always tell my fellow villagers, like me, about the importance of government programs and projects for starting a business. It is time to understand that business is a blessing, he says. And everyone, if they wish, with the support of the state, can realize their potential. And his words are confirmed by real actions, by his own example.
Tilek Kamylbekuly managed to build a special small workshop for running his small business. In the future, he intends to expand his business, which has become a source of income. And this will allow other residents of the village to find work.
We hope that everything will work out well for the businessman who opened his own business and began working with passion.
